How do I contact Kiroco?

There are a number of ways you can contact us:

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

You do not need to create an account to place an order, however, we do recommend that you set up an account and register first as this allows you to manage your orders and makes shopping and re-ordering a breeze.

An account also allows you to build your own personal wish list and review your order history. You can also sign up to receive our newsletters and get all the latest Kiroco news about exciting new products, collections and special offers.  Registering is free and easy and can be done by clicking here.

Can I order by phone?

At the moment Kiroco jewellery is only available to buy online.

How do I pay for my goods?

We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit, Solo, Maestro and PayPal.  You can also purchase goods using a Kiroco Gift Voucher.  CLICK HERE to find out more about our gift vouchers.

How will my jewellery be packaged?

Because sterling silver jewellery begins to tarnish as soon as it is exposed to the air we vacuum pack our products before placing them inside our signature mock croc white paper gift handbags to ensure they arrive in mint condition. If you prefer your items to be packaged more traditionally for yourself or more probably for a gift in a presentation box we will be happy to do this for you.

When will my account be debited?

Your account will be debited once we have cleared your card details and carried out a number of mandatory security checks, typically within 24 hours of placing your order.

Should you be unhappy with the goods, you are fully protected by our Returns Policy.

How is VAT charged?

The normal UK rate of VAT is included in the price of all Kiroco jewellery and will be shown in the cost breakdown on the check-out page.

Can orders be delivered to a different address to my own?

Yes,  You can add an alternative delivery address at the check-out stage to enable delivery of your order to a location other than your billing address.

Please note that deliveries outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes that will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.  These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel along with any costs for customs clearance. 

Are there any addresses you cannot deliver to?

We are currently unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or Military Bases.

Can orders be placed from abroad?

Yes, your order will be charged in UK Pounds Sterling and converted by your bank or credit/debit card supplier.

You have the option of having your order sent standard or express delivery, so if you are ordering or sending jewellery outside the UK, you can be sure that we'll have it delivered for you.
